I recommend always having a Home Inspection. Even if you wave the inspection in your home purchasing contract, I always recommend you still have an inspection so you will have a competent list of all the possible issues you very well may be dealing with moving forward in your new home. It also gives your significant other a great starting place for your future 'HoneyDo' list!!
